- No Training: Your company and website data is not used to train public or third-party models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini). When we use third-party AI providers, we do so under enterprise contracts that explicitly prohibit training on your data.
- Data Isolation: Customer data is used solely to provide Lumar services and is not commingled across clients.
- Confidentiality & Retention: The same confidentiality standards apply whether data is processed via AI or traditional software. Data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver contracted services.
- Synthetic & Anonymised Data: When we use AI to improve workflows or build features, we rely primarily on synthetic, anonymised, or internal datasets—not customer data. Any processing of customer-specific data takes place within our secure infrastructure for the sole purpose of delivering your service.
